Customize your docs landing page

Portal settings now has a Home tab for the public docs landing: upload a background image and pick a background color for light and dark mode, and edit the hero headline and subtitle shown above the Ask box. You can also manage the example questions that rotate as the Ask box placeholder, which are generated from your OpenAPI spec and can be regenerated or edited by hand.
