Questions
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Ingestion keeps running. Your log and metrics views pause, and dashboard AI stops answering, until you add credits. Nothing is deleted.
- Do my logs stop being captured?
- No. We never drop your traffic for billing reasons. Add credits and the paused views come back with the full history behind them.
- What does a credit actually cost me?
- 1 credit is 10 cents, and $100 buys 1,000 of them. The rates on this page are placeholders: how much traffic a credit covers is still being set.
- Can I reduce my monthly amount?
- Yes. Remove increments in your billing settings and the lower amount applies from your next cycle. You can go back to $0 and keep the free 1,000.
- What happens to unused credits?
- Half of your unused purchased credits roll into next month. The free 1,000 do not roll over. Credits from an offer stay until you use them.
- Can I top up in the middle of a month?
- Pay $100 and 1,000 credits land right away. Your recurring monthly charge goes up by $100 from the next cycle, and you can take it back down whenever you want.
