Context organized by source

The Context page now shows everything the AI draws on in one list, with tabs for manually written context, items from support conversations, items saved from Slack, and each connected docs source. Indexed documentation pages appear alongside authored context and open in a read-only view that shows the page content, the repository and branch it came from, and how often it has been used in answers.
